Help
Will it work on my phone?
Two things decide it: your phone must support eSIM, and it must not be locked to one provider.
Before You Buy
Your Phone Needs Three Things.
eSIM support
Most recent phones have it, but not every model. Check the exact model you own.
No network lock
Phones bought on a contract or payment plan are often locked to that provider.
Up-to-date software
Update your phone so the eSIM options appear and work properly.
How to Check
Three Quick Ways.
Use our phone check
Answer a few questions on the phone check page.
Dial a code
Open the phone app and dial *#06#. If you see a number labelled EID, your phone has an eSIM chip.
Look in settings
Open About phone (Android) or Settings > General > About (iPhone) and look for an EID.
If Your Phone Is Locked
Ask Your Provider.
Contact the provider you bought the phone from and ask them to unlock it. Do this well before you travel, as it can take time.
Some models sold in certain countries do not support eSIM even when the same model elsewhere does. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your phone model.
