The terms that apply when you buy or use a TasESIM plan.

About these terms
These terms apply to your purchase and use of TasESIM plans, sold by TAS Group LLC ("TasESIM", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Information on our website is not an offer to sell. A contract is formed when your payment succeeds and we issue your eSIM.
What we sell
We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans. A plan gives mobile data. It does not include a mobile number, voice minutes or SMS. It is not a replacement for a local phone line. Data is delivered through partner mobile networks. Coverage and speed vary by place and time, and we do not guarantee coverage or speed.
Before you buy
- Your phone must support eSIM and be network-unlocked. Use our phone check and read the install guide.
- Choose the destination that matches your trip. A plan only works in the places it covers.
- Rules about using foreign mobile connectivity differ between countries, and plans are meant for travel, not for permanent use in the same country. You are responsible for following local rules.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before you order. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout. You pay by card through our payment provider. If we cannot issue your eSIM after you have paid, we will refund you in full. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Delivery and installation
We send your eSIM details by email and on your customer page. You need an internet connection to install the eSIM. Follow the install guide, and install the eSIM before you rely on it. The data allowance and validity of your plan are shown when you order. The validity period starts the first time you use the eSIM on a network, and there is no deadline to install it. The QR code can be installed on one device. Keep it private.
Using your eSIM
Use the eSIM lawfully and do not misuse the network, for example for fraud or abuse. Hotspot sharing is allowed on our travel plans. We may suspend or end an eSIM that is used in breach of these terms.
Refills
You can add data to an existing eSIM from your customer page. Plans are used one after another: a refill starts when your current plan ends, and the data and days are not added together. Refills are not refundable.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Our responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a network will be available everywhere. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms, and the new terms apply to orders made after the change. The date at the top shows the latest update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without taking away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
